Custom Layout with Format Changes
In this example there have been a range of custom format changes.
Column Widths
A common request is for the Description column to be made wider along with adjusting the width of the other columns to fit.
Column Order
As well as adjusting the width of columns, the order can also be changed. In this case Quantity is to the left and some other columns have been removed entirely.
Decimal Places
In this example the Unit Price has been adjusted to show 4 decimal places, a change from the standard of 2. Decimal places can also be removed entirely.
Page Numbering
Page numbering has been added.
Renaming Data Fields
Many businesses add their clients Purchase Order number into Xero Invoices in the Reference Field. In this example the Reference Field has been changed to show as "PO Number".
